Pomona & District Community House – Support & Connection for Families 

Looking for support and social connections for young people and parents? Pomona & District Community House offers fantastic programs to engage and assist families in our community.

Youth Spaces – Every Wednesday after school, young people (12-16 years) can join “The Social” or the Youth Drop-In space. Enjoy a meal, connect with friends, and be part of a welcoming environment.

NEW: Adolescent Allies – A monthly peer support group for parents of tweens and teens. This facilitated space helps parents build connections and discuss parenting challenges in a supportive, child-free setting.
First meeting: Wednesday, February 12th
4:00 PM – 5:30 PM
Light snacks provided

One-on-One Support – If parenting challenges extend beyond the group, the Community House offers free individual support, referrals, and information through our Community Support Worker.
