Noosa District SHS Finance Payment Details
Please find below information concerning payment of fees at NDSHS. We offer a variety of payment options for your convenience and ease.
Methods of payment of school fees and invoices;
- BPoint
- This is the preferred payment method in Education Queensland. This function is available on every invoice from NDSHS
- You will have a unique CRN, (Customer Reference Number)
- Click on the hyperlink website to open the payment window. Just enter your Debit/Credit card details and BPoint will match it to the invoice on the school system
- BPoint IVR Phone line 1300 631 073 (telephone payment using BPoint Integrated Voice Response (IVR).
- Eftpos
- You can pay at the school using your Debit/Credit card at both Cooroy and Pomona Finance offices located within the Administration Buildings; Monday to Friday 8am to 12.30pm during the school term
- Direct Bank Entry
- You can pay directly into the school bank account. You will need to ensure you include the student’s ID number/full name/invoice number as an identifier so the office can manually receipt the payment to the correct student
- Banking details are; BSB: 064 440; Account number: 00090044; Account Name: Noosa District High School General Account
- QParents
- This app is free to download offering a wide range of functions such as paying invoices, recording student absences
- Centrepay
- Forms are available at the school. Please ask our friendly Finance Staff to assist you, or alternatively you can contact Centrelink
- Payment Plans
- Payment plans are available and are here to help families who may be financially struggling. Payment plans allow families to manage their fees into smaller, affordable payments. To get set up, please contact the finance office 5472 2222

Noosa District SHS Open Boys Football – Undefeated Start to the Season!
The Open Boys football team has made an impressive start to their Sunshine Coast competition campaign, remaining undefeated after three rounds.
The season kicked off with a 5-2 victory over Good Samaritan Catholic College, showcasing the team's strength and skill. In Round 2, Noosa District faced reigning champions St John’s College, Nambour, in a tough battle at Cooroy Campus. Despite conceding early, the team fought back to secure a hard-fought 1-1 draw.
Round 3 saw a dominant 7-0 win against St Teresa’s, with every player stepping up to deliver a near-complete team performance. The bench made a huge impact, and experienced players led the charge in the absence of key teammates.

Noosa District SHS Open Girls Football – Strong Response in Round 2
The Open Girls football team kicked off their season on February 12 at Cooroy Campus, facing St John’s College, Nambour, in a competitive rematch of last year’s 3rd place playoff. Despite a determined effort from the fresh-faced squad, St John’s claimed a 2-0 victory.
Determined to bounce back, the team delivered a dominant 5-0 win against St Teresa’s in Round 2. After a tense opening 20 minutes, Noosa District took control and finished strongly with an impressive all-around performance.

School photography information:
- Online orders - do not require an envelope returned to your school
- Sibling Photos - Don’t forget to pre-order your sibling photos online up to 24 hours before photo day. We provide your school with a list of sibling orders right up to the day of photography, so no one misses out. If you miss the online order deadline, you can submit a completed sibling order envelope first thing in the morning of the day of photography, so your school is aware you want the photo taken and can bring your children together in time for it. Sibling photographs only apply to children enrolled at your school. Please note not all schools offer sibling photos
- Late fees - a late fee will be applied to each package purchased after photo day due to the additional cost of producing these packages separately
- Package delivery - School photographs will be returned approximately 6 weeks after the day of photography. Please note this delivery timeframe is dependent on proofing and additional photography days at your school.
- Previous Years’ photos - Past years’ photographs including sports, co-curricular and representative groups are also available to order under the “previous years or group photo” tabs at your school’s advancedorder site when you click on the “Order School Photos Here” button above. You can also order past packages, portrait images and gifts from your child’s unique, individual and secure advancedyou image archive site using the unique 9 digit image code found on packages you have ordered in the past

School Vaccination Clinics at Noosa District SHS - Year 10 (Cooroy Campus)
Ozcare is moving to a simple and secure digital system for your School Immunisation program. Vitavo will replace paper consent card system previously used with a digital permission form.
All consent forms have to be done by the 18 March. Please be advised the link below with close 14 days prior to the Clinic date.

Instrumental Music
We encourage existing and new students to be part of our inspiring Instrumental Music program. Learning Music strengthens and builds your child’s capacity across all their school subjects. Students in our program also learn many other skills, such as: confidence, communication, team work, respect, etiquette, dedication and resilience.
There are places available in the Instrumental Music program for 2025. Instruments that are taught are the Violin, Viola, Cello and Double Bass (strings) and Flute, Clarinet, Saxophone, Trumpet, Trombone and Percussion (concert band).
The subject fee is $60/year and the instrument hire fee is an additional $60.

Noosa District SHS is one of an increasing number of Queensland state schools that is offering the QParents web and mobile free online portal, providing a more convenient, easier way for parents and legal guardians of Queensland state school students to interact with their child’s school. Parents will have secure, online access to their child’s student information, any-time, anywhere, through a smart-phone, tablet or computer.
QParents allows parents to connect instantly with the school to access and manage their child’s student information, including:
- Attendance and absence details, as well as the ability to notify the school of an absence
- Viewing and downloading of class timetables
- Exam timetables and assessment planners
- Viewing unpaid invoice details, payment history, and making payments online
- Viewing and updating personal student details, including medical conditions and address
- Enrolment details
- Upcoming events lists showing school events, exam and assessment dates, and excursions.
Invitations have been sent out to all parents to register for QParents. QParents won’t replace the traditional ways you communicate with our school, but it will provide another way to communicate with us.
