It’s hard to believe we’re already halfway through the term, but time flies when you’re part of something extraordinary! 

At our Junior Secondary campus, we don’t just teach, we cultivate a one-of-a-kind learning environment where every student is empowered to succeed. Our approach is built on strong relationships, tailored support, and a deep belief in the potential of every learner. 

Each week, students engage in FLYING Wellbeing lessons, where they learn practical strategies to regulate emotions and prepare themselves for learning. Every student has a Ready to Learn Plan, personally developed to identify what works best for them. These plans are more than just documents, they’re roadmaps to success. Why not ask your child what strategies help them thrive in the classroom? 

We’re also proud to see students ‘Planning for Excellence’, a reflective process where they review their progress, set meaningful goals, and take ownership of their learning journey. It’s inspiring to watch them aim high and grow with purpose. 

As part of our annual improvement plan, our dedicated teachers are working hard to ensure every student is exposed to A-level thinking across all subjects. By now, students should be well aware of their assessments, how they’ll be marked, and where to find support. If you’re unsure about your child’s upcoming assessments, please reach out to their classroom teacher. 

Last week, our campus buzzed with energy as around 120 Year 7 and 8 students represented us in interschool sports, competing in basketball, netball, touch football, soccer, and volleyball. A huge thank you to all students, staff, and families who made this day a success. Coordinating such an event is no small feat, and your support is deeply appreciated. 

Our campus isn’t just a place to learn, it’s a place to grow, connect, and soar. Thank you for being part of this journey.
