Uniform Update – Mid Term 3
Uniform and school pride
At Noosa District State High School, we continue to take pride in the way our students present themselves. Our uniform reflects the high standards, unity, and respect that are central to our school culture.
We remind families that the formal uniform is to be worn every Monday, or on the first day of the school week, to set a strong and united tone for the days ahead. Please note that Week 1 of next term begins on a Tuesday due to the Monday public holiday. As such, formal uniform will be the expectation on Tuesday.
Thank you for your ongoing support of our uniform expectations and for helping us maintain a strong sense of pride and belonging across our school community.
QParents Update – Consent Manager Trial Continues
Semester 2 Trial: Consent Manager in QParents
Noosa District SHS is continuing the Semester 2 trial of the Consent Manager feature in QParents, part of our commitment to improving communication and permission processes.
This digital tool allows parents and carers to provide consent for school activities—such as excursions, media releases, and curriculum events—directly through the QParents app.
We’ve seen strong engagement so far, especially for more recent excursions like intercschool sport. Thank you to all families who have embraced this new platform.
As we move into Term 4, we encourage all families to ensure their QParents account is active and notifications on so they’re ready to respond to upcoming permissions quickly and easily.
If you need help accessing or setting up your QParents account, please contact the school office. We appreciate your partnership as we trial this system designed to support families, improve efficiency, and enhance school-home communication.
Kind regards
